Terrassa: Internationalization Strategy Workshops

Last week, Juan Carlos Belloso and its team worked in Terrassa on phase 2 of the internationalization strategy of the city. The project, promoted by the Terrassa Council’s Department for European and International Relations, City Marketing and Branding, aims to position the city on the international scenario in order to attract opportunities for the future of the city and its surrounding territory.
After prior research during the first phase of the project, five key axes were identified as main drivers in its international promotion strategy: Audiovisuals, Culture and Heritage, Hockey, University City and Health. With this first approach, the Future Places team has worked alongside with more than fifty different public and private actors in a participative format, to generate debate and diagnose the potential of each segment towards an international city promotion.
A second round of workshops is scheduled for the coming November. We will share new highlights in next few post.
